I challenge you to find something every single day to be thankful for. Appreciation, gratitude gets lost in the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives but take a moment and just be thankful for the many blessings you receive daily. Write down 3 things that you are grateful for everyday and you will see your life change.

I don’t know what it is but being grateful shifts your perspective, and your mindset and allows you to focus not on the past (depression), not on the future (anxiety), but the here and now – the present, leaving stress behind.

Gratitude is also a big factor in the Law of Attraction. As you focus on what you appreciate you will start to see more of it and get more of it. It’s that simple. Shift your focus away from the daily irritants and look inwards to see how many ways you are blessed everyday.
