How your VIP Awesome Day will work
Step 1 – Biz Review Workbook
A couple of weeks before your Awesome VIP Day, you’ll receive a Biz Review Workbook to complete. This means Dwainia will have a really good understanding of where your business is now and where you want to be. This will help to fast-track your progress even more.
Step 2 – The Preliminary Consultation Call
About a week before your Awesome VIP Day, you will have a Power Hour via Skype or Google Hangout with Dwainia to start the strategy planning. We will identify your biggest struggle, primary goal, and vision. This will help us stay focused and clear during our session. Be warned – you may have some homework to do from this call to be ready for the big day.
Step 3 – The Awesome VIP Day Itself
On our Awesome VIP Day, you and will I hop on the phone or Skype around 9 am EST. We will spend 2-3 hours going over your business vision and objective inside and out. During this time, we identify obstacles, sketch out a basic plan and start to form a strategy. The call is recorded and I’ll be taking tons of notes!
Then, we break for lunch. Your responses from the Business Review Workbook and our morning session will determine the steps in your Strategic Action Plan.
The second half of the day is typically where Dwainia will drill down to the details and will help you to create your Strategic Action Plan. This usually includes:
- Specific goals and projects broken down into 90 day chunks
- How social media fits into your business strategy and how to use social media to achieve your business goals
- How to enhance your company presence, reach, engagement and influence using social media
- Automating your online sales process – traffic, list building, sales etc
- Your online and offline strategies
- How to reach your preferred client online and turn them into repeat clients
- How you can use online marketing to take your products and services to a wider audience
- Strategic action plan tailored to you and your business objectives
Finally, we get back on the phone for a final call later that day: we review the strategy, highlight specific Action Steps and end with a Resources list (templates, worksheets and online resources) to help you achieve your big vision.
Typically an Awesome VIP Day will end around 3.00 pm because, from experience, by this time we’ve covered everything you need to sky-rocket your results and you really will have reached your capacity of inspiration, information and ideas.
Step 4 – The Follow Up
A week after the VIP Awesome Day we’ll get together on the phone to go over any questions and to fine tune your Strategic Action Plan. You’ll also benefit from 30 days unlimited VIP email access to Dwainia.
